Maryse: My guess is A Little Too Far by Lisa Desrochers (P.S. Here’s my 5-STAR book review). That book rocked my world!!! She is in Italy, it’s a forbidden love triangle (and BOTH love interests are forbiddeny) and yep… her step brother had a motorcycle. I can’t remember the song part, but the rest matches.
