- Master’s degree in Educational Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- At least three (3) years related working in educational design and educational program development.
- Knowledge of adult education principles.
- Experience using content authoring tools (e.g., iSpring, Articulate) and media production tools.
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMSs), preferably Moodle.
- Knowledge of learning analytics.
- Universal design knowledge for accessible educational content.
- Communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
- Project management skills.
