I’m looking for a book where the two main characters were married and got divorced because the MMC got distant and “abandoned” the heroine. They have a child together, a boy, and turns out the hero distanced himself because the heroine almost died while giving birth and it traumatised him.

They rekindle their romance, the heroine gets pregnant again and the hero freaks out because he doesn’t want to lose her

Bonus: the hero’s mom hates the FMC
