Reader Question – The book where the older sister runs from the arranged marriage, so the younger sister has to step in…

Ken needs our book help! Hrmmmm… I’ve had this question before, and I think, even recently, so I need to backtrack over our questions and see if I can find it.

Oh I found one! Though this question differs in the description so I don’t think it’s the same as this one. And here’s another similar question that is more in line with this one below.

She asks:

Help please?

I have been scouring the internet, trying to find a book I read last year, but cannot remember the name of.

What I can remember is that the older sister is supposed to marry the MMC, but she elopes with her female best friend, to everyone’s shock. The families then force the younger sister to marry the MMC instead.

I also remember that the younger sister has had a crush on the MMC for a long time.

It was a standalone I think, I don’t think it was mafia, maybe mafia lite, but I remember it being more rich and powerful business families.

Any idea what book this is?
