6 New Psychological Thrillers That Sound So Good!

YOU KNOW ME & psych-thrillers (and also domestic thrillers!!). I love twisty mind games (especially CLEVER mind games between the author and the reader). I love guessing the outcome (and even more, when I’m wrong!!), and I love unreliable narrators, and evil husbands… or is it the wives? You know what I mean. I love a book that has you on the edge of your seat, vacillating between fear and excitement, titillation, and dread. And then… culminating in a massive jaw-dropping twist that nobody (or at least… me 😉 ) saw coming.

Some hit it right out of the ballpark, and some… well… are just entertaining enough to finish. BUT!! When they do blow me away, I’m screaming it from the rooftops, giggling with glee, and looking for more. Hopefully, these will do the trick!! *fingers crossed* 🤞

P.S. Let me know if you have one for me. I want clever, addicting, with a shocking, exciting reveal.

The Bad Weather Friend by Dean Koontz <— OKAY THIS ONE FOR SURE!!! I’m a huge Dean Koontz fan (unfortunately, my “devouring of his books” time happened during my college days so this was way before my blog. Alas… no reviews. Might be time for a re-read). 😉 But anyway, all that to say, I JUMPED on this one for my “Amazon First Reads” pick a couple of months ago, and I’m halfway through it. It’s not as creepy as I expected it to be (it’s got a more “fun feel” in regards to the “Bad Weather Friend”. Mind you, he’s pretty scary to the people who did you wrong 😉 ).

The Stranger in Her House by John Marrs <— ANOTHER AUTHOR THAT I’VE READ & LOVED and I’m excited to see he’s written another one from my favorite genre (psych/domestic thriller – yes please!!!) P.S. Here’s my Book Review of The One by John Marrs
