Reader Question – The fantasy romance book about the woman that wakes up outside of a house but has no memory of how she got there…

Christine is looking for this one! Sounds so good, especially the end part (after my spoiler alerts). I imagine with that kind of ending, that this is a series.

I read this amazing book, a woman wakes up outside of a house and doesn’t have any memory of how she got there.

The story unfolds and she’s engaged to this man that she loves but she finds out, that the man she was first in love with lives in a dark castle, his room is in the cold basement…there’s magic, light vs dark aspects…
