Reader Question – The book where she’s stuck in the house with her abusive husband, and her vampire mate whisks her away to his castle…

I stumbled across your blog while searching for a specific book I read ages ago and can no longer find and I was hoping you could help me?

From what I remembered it’s a paranormal romance,

the female lead is married with a kid (?) and there’s some sort of outbreak (disease or zombie or something else?) that causes her to be stuck inside with her husband who is awful to her,

before her mate (i think he might be a vampire) and his brothers find her and whisk her away and take her to their castle?? i think her mate is a duke or lord,

and i know this sounds so crazy but i swear i’m not making it up, and it would be amazing if you or one of your amazing readers could help me track it down xx
