Reader Question – The book where she helps him win over another woman with a boat ride at the opening of his resort…

Jaanu needs our book help! Lots of detail in this one so hopefully it wills park someone’s memory?

She asks:

What’s that book called? – A friends to lovers romance

This book has a friends to lovers set up, where (I think) the MMC opens/buys a resort and the FMC is there too.

The hero is actually into another woman and invites her to the opening too, and tries to win her over with a romantic boat ride?

There’s also a scene where the FMC tries to help the MMC win this woman over by writing a book (i think its a book)? But then he realizes that he might feel something for the FMC when she gets lost hiking and he gets all panicky.

I read it maybe about 3 or 4 years back.

Anyone have a guess?
