Reader Question – The bully book with the girl named “Birdie” and he dates her, but turns everyone against her…

Mary needs our book help! And uuuuuuugggggghhhhh he sounds HIDEOUS and irredeemable. What. A. Jerk. Almost makes me think of the guy in umm… one of the first massive bully-dark-romance books I’ve ever read. Fear Me (Broken Love Book 1) by B.B. Reid

She asks:

I have a book that I read before, and want to read again, just can not remember the name. It was included with Kindle Unlimited and the girl had a nickname, “Birdie.”

It was a dark high school romance and the sequel is when they are in college.

The book starts off with her in sophomore year in highschool and there is a rule that nobody can touch freshmen. The school has 4 kings, and no its not RH. So on the first day of sophomore year while she was working, the 4 boys come up to her and basically kidnap her, the leader (forget his name also) was stalking her throughout her freshmen year (but couldn’t touch her cause of the rule, the four dudes are seniors).

The leader and her start dating (forced) and he turns all the people close to her against her. Her mom marries one of the his friend’s dad and abandons her, and her best friend wasn’t her best friend (later revealed that she was only friends cause she saw how ML stalks her).

So she leaves to Maine to live with her dad (tricking ML to let her go on a little vacation as a ruse) and stays there, ML tries to turn dad but dad doesn’t budge.

Then the sequel happens, he riggs her college apps so she gets into the school that him(and his three friends go to).

Anyone have a guess?
