I started a book. I swear it was by Tricia O’Malley,

An American teacher discovers millions left by her father for her, she’s a teacher, leaves to go to Ireland and starts a blog, finds she’s part god, fae and human.

The book starts with people swimming in a lake, to find a sword to determine who the leader will be.
