Reader Question – The Mafia book where her father marries her off and she ends up tied up in a well…

She asks:

Can someone please help me find this book. I’ve been trying to remember in vain.

The hero is a mafia boss.

The heroine’s father had no choice but to marry her off to mafia boss. And the father comes to rescue her but it wasn’t a rescue, instead she lands into a well tied up and hero comes to rescue her from the well.
