Reader Question – The book in the “Stark Series” by J. Kenner, or was this scene from another series?

Blackstone is back, and she’s got another one for us to find (and she’s pretty sure she knows the series & author, but wants the exact book).

I vaguely remember that at some point in the story, Nikki and Damian start having problems and she kisses her assistant!

I think it’s before she becomes pregnant.

I can’t figure out which book it is, and I would really like to read it again.

Could you help me? Or if you have in mind a similar book from another series, maybe I’m confused, even though I’m almost certain it’s by J. Kenner.
